MT. FUJI, JAPAN
Fuji Whisky
FUJI Whisky is named after the most iconic landmark in Japan: Mt. Fuji, UNESCO World Heritage site, cultural inspiration, and the location of Mt. Fuji Distillery, 7.5 miles from the peak, surrounded by lush forest. We are the closest distillery in all of Japan to Mt. Fuji. Established in 1973, we are the only distillery who use Mt. Fuji snowmelt water in all processes of production. This water takes a 50-year journey from the peak of the mountain to the aquifer underneath the distillery, filtered and polished by Mother Nature — it is pure and soft.
- MASTER BELNDER – JOTA TANAKA:
Born in Kyoto, Japan, Jota Tanaka has over 30 years of global experience in the beer, wine, and spirits industry. Jota has had leadership roles at Kirin Brewery, Raymond Vineyards in the iconic Napa Valley, and Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky prior to Mt. Fuji Distillery. He is only the second Master Blender, in Mt. Fuji Distillery’s 50-year history. Jota was named ‘Master Distiller / Master Blender of the Year’ at the Icons of Whisky in 2017 and inducted into Whisky Magazine’s Hall of Fame in 2022. - WHISKY EXPRESSIONS :
We craft whiskies that no other distillery in the world can produce – malt and three global styles of grain whiskies on-site. This is why we at FUJI use “Single” to reflect that distinctive single location of production. Our heritage and vision of our founders today gives Master Blender, Jota Tanaka the ability to blend whiskies that have been aging for up to 50-years.

Inkberry
Inkberry is 100% crafted from its Mountain-Estate vineyard on the rugged Western side of Australia’s Great Dividing Range. The cold mountain air that once settled over the goldfields in Australia’s own wild west now nurtures the grapes in one of Australia’s best wine regions. Made from vines planted on ancient soil, Inkberry grapes get the first rays of sunlight that reach the slopes of our mountain estate giving the wines rich, fruit-forward flavors and a dark, inky complexion that can only occur through a methodical cool-climate ripening.
- WINEMAKING
Aged in American oak, Inkberry wines are softly textured with intricate spice flavors with elegant, yet persistent tannins. - VARIETALS

“Pale gold in hue, this is a strong, single vineyard bottling. It pops and crackles with citrus fruit and floral orchard aromas, then cilantro, white spice and a saline streak. Pioneering owner Cal Knudsen planted almost half the acreage in the early ‘70s, giving the Dundee Hills considerable mass. Lone Star Vineyard
Argyle Winery
At Lone Star Vineyard the vines are treated to a sweeping view of the Cascades, from Mt. Rainier in the north to the Three Sisters in the south. While the view is stunning, this low-elevation, warm site is a magnet for the two forces crucial for ripening grapes: light and heat. Lone Star is Argyle’s warmest, sunniest vineyard site in a region not known for either – and in Oregon, the warmest sites are the best Pinot Noir sites. Lone Star catches the day’s first rays of sun and the rocky soils retain heat at night.

Giving Tree Vineyard
Argyle Winery
In 2015, Argyle developed this 138 acre property in the Willamette Valley. With a predominately western exposure, Giving Tree Vineyard is a gently sloping site that features well-drained Bellpine marine sedimentary soils. Located just three miles from the famed Freedom Hill Vineyard in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range, Giving Tree Vineyard is a relatively cool site, with a climate shaped by winds that blow regularly, cooling the vines, lengthening the growing season, and helping the fruit retain excellent acidity. It is this hallmark acidity that results in wines which are fresh and vibrant upon release and are equally suitable for long term aging – a common thread woven through all of Argyle’s wines.

Originally planted more than 150 years ago, this legendary 78-acre vineyard sits along the southern edge of the Rutherford Bench in the Yountville District, known as the “beating heart” of Napa Valley. Ancient volcanic action along the western Mayacamas range created alluvial fans — deposits of clay, silt, sand and gravel — deep below the well-drained soils.
